Not for old acts. Popular artists from years past do this all the time. Janet is in that category now. Folks only wanna go and hear the classics. Only problem here is, this is her third tour in such a short time frame. I think that was the point of releasing something like this post having everyone pretty much saying everything is "new" or "fresh". Try to draw interest to it. I'm a Jan and I'm not even going...
