He had an opportunity last year to remake When you Touch Me with Brandy for Spotify and he passed on it. Would have been nice.

I dont mind Rodney working with Brandy on a couple songs for her next album, but I want Brandy working with various producers next go round. It may affect the cohesion and flow of the album (like Two Eleven), but I just want Brandy to have fun with exploring different sounds and vibes on the next project. I'd prefer her working with producers she never worked with before. Give me Kaytranada, Hitmaker, Tenroc, Kukuruku, etc and I'll be happy.

I would love for them to reunite for a few songs on the next album. Her voice shines in his production but doubt t it will happen. I think they both have some real issues with each other

Brandy started following Rodney again on Instagram after him giving her flowers for full moon, she had earlier tried to reconnect with him by following him after verzuz, but quickly unfollowed him again.... Their relationship is weird

They simply have different personalities and at one point there were issues between the Norwood's & Darkchild when Ray J was working with him. Rodney is more type A while Brandy is a jokester.

Brandy has always been closer to Shiz. She said that when she did that Washington Post article a few years ago. Him & her have similar personalities & would always joke around.  She's even close with his wife April & their sons.

When it comes to Darkchild's camp she knew Warryn Campbell & his family prior to fame.  She's still tight with him, his sister, his in-laws (Erica, Tina & all the Atkins sisters) who I think she grew up with.

What he said was literally on par with every reply in this thread. The topic at hand is Brandy and Rodney possibly rekindling, and why they haven't after all this time
