and I could kinda see why they would think that

Paranoia

Less than 1% of people identify as Trans. And that includes trans men

Do they think it's enough of them to takeover the role of cisgendered women in society?

The message is INCLUSION. That's it

Fuck the trans. This is my position and I'm standing on it.

Trans women need their own events & sports teams. It's unfair for women to have to compete against them especially in sports.

Significant Discovery: First known Black American family of Kalmyk descent

Takeaways: Be prepared to pivot, even when you think you're on the right track. Be OK with being wrong so you can get things right.

Kalmyks are tribal Mongolic people who settled in Russia. It's estimated that only 300,000 Kalmyk descendants exist worldwide - with only 3,000 in America.

Kalifornia.

I've seen a lot of women pushing back on the 'cis' thing. They aren't with the idea of hyphenating their womanhood.

!!!!!!

like, why they gotta add an EXTRA mess just so you don't feel sub-categorized. and what's so damn scary about the title "trans-woman"? it's what tf you ARE. it's starting to feel like may of them view THEMSELVES as less than and feel the need to hold the title of just "woman" in order to feel like societal equals or something.

Trans women are actually in a disadvantage for something like this. I can understand people wanting to ban trans women from competing in women's sports for obvious reasons, but a trans woman is DEFINITELY at a disadvantage in a competition such as this.

I honestly think in THIS particular situation, they used her as a "look! We are all about equality!" to set an example.

But really, who gives a FUCK about these competitions? :dead:

well that 1% been snatching crowns and sports trophies, so yea i see their concern

and no. trans women shouldn't be INCLUDED with women because they aren't women. they are trans women. and that's okay. and for women, i dont think it's about taking over their role. it's moreso about taking over their SPACES.

women have and will experience things that no trans woman ever will. they are not the same.

and again, that's okay.
