it touches on Animism.

"i know every rock, tree and creature...has a life, has a spirit...has a name".

Animism is the belief that every place, object , creature , has a spiritual essence.
I'm studying it a bit tonight and this song definitely came to mind immediately as I read.

Disney may not be perfect but they got this so right.

and they chose the perfect woman to deliver it so elegantly, mindfully and beautifully.

I love the lyrics of this song.  We really need to respect Mother Nature and learn to treat our planet better.

Though "Riverbend" is the better song.

Disney really has some great music in their movies from the 90's.  "Reflections" (Christina's version) had me in a chokehold when it first came out.
