what do you like about this one? the little melody is cute but it just sounds so childish lyrically to me

I've already seen stans putting out theories that Nicki put this out just to allegedly "weed out" phony stans or lure Cardi and other opps out of hiding. They think Cardi won't drop a solo single or album until Nicki does, i guess.

consuela def came out yesterday to announce an announcement

my first thought when i saw her hotel room cleaning ass was: she waited for nicki to come out, and especially release something that underperformed as a single.

the timing was def suspect af.

what do you like about this one? the little melody is cute but it just sounds so childish lyrically to me

mostly the sample/production, but I feel like the whole song is something different for her, I feel like she's trying to do something outside of her comfort zone and it's not something reductive (Super Freaky Girl) or just corny (DWHAP, Red Ruby, Bussin).

Maybe my bar for her is lower or something
