The prenup was likely drawn by the best Beverly Hills lawyer (s), so its prob ironclad.
Usually a marriage has to be at minimum a few years before the other person can be entitled to assets like property & money.
So per the prenup he's likely not entitled to anything, so going at her publicly is a way to at a settlement that he's not legally entitled to bc of the marriage.
Brit seems to have a financial advisor & listen to him or her since she's not rich ppl broke.
It'll come down to to her financial team & lawyers telling her to pay him or not to go away.
