if you were really piggybacking off the info in OP link which says that Tasha is offering 220K quarterly payments , her kids would NOT be paying that off because the debt would be paid off in 4-5 years with a total payment of 880K per year.

no lawyer would advise Cardi against taking a payment plan which would cover the entire debt in 5 years max. cuz that would actually be a very aggressive and generous payment plan. ....unrealistically aggressive for someone who just filed bankruptcy and claims to have no more than 100K in assets.

(the insane number is actually what made me fact check the mess).

so for u to even think there was a possibility that she wouldn't take it would be quite ridiculous.

my guess is that you saw "tasha wants a payment plan", didn't look much into the context or details

it clearly says she's offering payment of the full amount in large installments.
(which is not correct, but again he agreed he was piggybacking off the OP.)
