How can Kim look at herself and REALLY think her cosmetic work is good? Can this shit be reversed? The way they had to edit her face and now it looks cartoonish.

Kim likely told Ebony that she has to approve of the final picture bc Ebony's covers never look like this. It's sad that her body dysmorphia is still bad.

Kim has nothing but yes ppl in her circle. Famous ppl never have that 1 person to tell them to cut it out with the plastic surgery & injections.
Kim's legacy not just being able her amazing career & influence, but also including what she's done to her face is unfortunate.
The nose jobs aren't the worse part. It's the fillers which is the worse injection anybody could get bc it ruins the facial tissues, prevents the facial muscles from moving properly & messes up how the face drains liquids.
There's no reversing fillers.
