i think its more trying to convince themselves.  Also they should know better than to doubt the queen.  remember last year, they swore Super Freaky Girl was a flop and dragged the song, every step of the way. Until they couldnt anymore and just went SILENT. It then turned out to be a hot 100 number 1 HIT. On top of that, the highest charting/selling female Rap Song of that year.       

ill admit i never saw it coming almost 15 years into her career. literally TOPPING the new rap GORLS.  Cardi, Meg, Latto, Doja. Coi, City Gorls, Ice etc.  which is a SLAY itself.
