The PROSECUTION's star witness, the driver of the car, testified that SHE was the one beating on him. How the fuck are you still trying to make this man out to be the villain?

Incorrect. The alleged incident did indeed happen in the car. And while you're correct in saying the driver didn't see anything, the sounds he HEARD was her assaulting him.

Prosecutors say the March 25 incident began when the couple was taking a private car from a Brooklyn party to Majors's Chelsea apartment. According to a court filing reviewed by the Cut, Jabbari saw a text on the actor's phone that said, "Wish I was kissing you right now." When she took the phone from Majors's hands to see who had sent the message, he allegedly "began grabbing the right side of Ms. Jabbari's body and prying Ms. Jabbari's right middle finger off the phone, causing bruising, swelling, and substantial pain." The actor also allegedly twisted Jabbari's right arm before striking her ear. The filing claims Majors then took his phone and left the car and that when Jabbari tried to follow him, the actor "grabbed her, picked her up, and threw her back inside." As a result, prosecutors say she had a "fractured finger, bruising about her body, a laceration behind her right ear, and a bump on her head."

Okay, like I stated he said he didn't see anything. You wrote that he said he saw her beating him.  The driver's testimony from other publications also don't state that he heard her beating him.

Taking the stand Monday and speaking through an interpreter, the driver testified he kept his eyes on the road as Jonathan and Grace fought in the back of his Escalade back in March, telling the jury he "had a feeling the girl had hit the boy ... because of the way that she was fighting, and the sounds produced."

The driver also testified Grace demanded to see Jonathan's phone, saying ... "The girl became very angry." The driver also said, "He was not doing anything, she was doing it," and that Jonathan was "trying to get rid" of Grace.

Jonathan's legal team asked the driver if he found any blood in the car, and he testified he didn't.
