I still can't believe that she still insist on hiring fans. I know the girls are pushing the false narrative now that Brandy can coast while actively wanting to work in the entertainment business, but it's called the entertainment business for a reason meaning so she and her peers get judged by decision makers based on their numbers which factors into opportunities offered.

So Brandy isn't going to fire Vaughn and none of her team just yet, she'll be forced to do it when quality, quantity, and frequency of opportunities change. Queen got a publicist so busy getting his vinyls signed while missing out on getting her major Q1 covers in preparation for Decendants 3 which is out in April.
