I saw a fan suggest months ago that she should have been on every horror podcast, youtube channel, with press headlines of "the horror queen is back." Also, I don't get why Vaughn and Brandy haven't saw she should tap into the gaming crowd. She mentioned years ago that she plays War of Warcraft for hours. So many famous ppl were perched at this year The Game Awards. She should have been perched as well.

The fact that she still doesn't have a brand established even though she has hired so many ppl throughout the years is unfortunate. An established brand gets the public to buy-in and cough up money for projects and want to support whatever her initiatives are.

She needs to get like a corporation. Vet, require references, ask every prospective employee regardless of how "little" their position might be on how they will help her achieve her career goals, make them present a plan to her, perform reviews of them, demand frequent meetings and to make sure whoever is the manager is managing the ppl. The hiring of fans and family, because someone is nice, asked for a job, and looked at as family should have stopped.

This all sounds like good advice but are any of us even sure Brandy WANTS that? What if ya'll want it, but she doesn't? That seems like it's been the case for a decade.

Frank Gatson really needs to go and retire. I mean this is ridiculous.

Every project he does is a rip off of a vintage film or is a bland inspired set of a house, warehouse or a parking lot. Does Brandy not see the pattern??

He has no visual creativity.

Ive said this before but think Brandy views the music business as a chore. She clocks in, does her hours, clock outs and hopes for the best. But she could create her own method of presentation and releasing that is unconventional.

I agree that Brandy doesn't owe us anything! She hasn't had perfect eras but she truly has had an incredible career. Everything here on out is just bonus. Definitely was gagged and did not expect a Christmas album at all.

I would love for Bran to do Broadway again. She was so lit up and on fire during Broadway. She is usually so excited about her next sound and album and for her to even say she's lost her head voice because she hasn't been singing is kind of scary. BRANDY not singing? Even if it's just for herself you'd think she'd live in the studio just to keep the creative energy flowing .

She didn't say she lost her head voice. It's just not doing what it's usually capable of doing at the moment.

A bit more singing and vocal coaching and she'll get it back.

Lol she just recorded a whole album and doesn't feel she's capable of recording in the same voice as the song ( her words) . She even said if she can't match it then she will need to re record the song. I hope she can get it back but if it was that simple then why would she need to record the whole song over again?

I hate to be that one guy but this interview really confirmed (for me) some of the theories that have been floating around


1. She's completely checked out - usually if anyone can get Bran to laugh and just be herself it's Silent and she could couldn't even answer his questions without disassociating. It's like she's a SHELL of herself rn and it's sad to see.

2. No album which I kinda expected so I'm actually not disappointed lol.

3. No tour plans - honestly, her response to this kinda disgusted me but imma leave it alone.

4. She's only entertaining an EP/mixtape because she knows an album isn't coming anytime soon, which would be great but we know Bran ain't releasing an EP either 😂 - she's too set in her ways creatively for that.

5. On a positive note she looks and sounds great atm. 

I've been feeling this way but didn't really want to say it out loud. Queen ain't really been the same since after Ryan if we want to be honest. I pray she's truly ok! Something is very off about her energy this time around .  Silent usually gets her best interviews and she barely even cracked a smile with him.

theres plenty of other recent footage of GHan looking vibrant, being bubbly, etc.

we can't fairly judge her "energy" from an impromptu interview that was done before most of us get up in the morning

FUCK IT....BRING BACK SONJA MEAN ASS AND LET'S GET THIS SHIT CRACKIN CAUSE IT AIN'T BEEN RIGHT SINCE SONJA WAS FIRED ON HER DAY OFF...

Hell...bring back Jeff Robinson....he may take some of kweens money and hold her in a deal but at least she will be on radio and become a GRAMMY DARLING! I'm tired of sharing a Grammy with them ghetto GOONICA fans. I will never forget how he had Bran and HER at the same time...he told us to give him a year and Bran would be dominating the next grammys....a year went by and HER blew up while him and Bran had parted ways

GHan seems like herself to me.

ya'll legit in here acting like she's been walking around like a zombie or something

she's laughing , joking,smiling...glowing...

if anything maybe we have to acknowledge that  we have unrealistic expectations for her to seem like 100% of something 100% of the time

GHan seems normal and balanced. maybe some days she may not be as WHOO! BUBBLY! as others, especially at 5AM with a camera phone in her mug....but nothing alarming.

Sonja was managing her with Ryan recently  and many people have not wanted to work with Bran because of Sonja. Bran has to part from family employees all together.
