This was very interesting!Brandy said all of the songs were already created and lined up for her. I don't ever recall her recording an album in this way. Brandy does seem a bit checked out , not sure what it is but her energy just seems different this time around. Will forever love and adore my favorite singer and pray that all is well with her . I wonder what the performance in April will be? Seems like it's something she already has booked and planned & I don't think Brandy loves touring .. she has made it very clear that she gets extremely stage freight and nervous so idk if it's a happy place for her . Which probably explains the pre record and always booking a show . I'll support whatever Brandy puts out.  We love you Bran...

I know some of y'all don't consider the Christmas album a true album but it is. I'm shocked we got it, and it was something that she really didn't have to do.

I just try to keep in mind that Brandy is a veteran artist and with the exception of Usher her peers aren't doing any better than her with releasing material and visuals.

It's super easy to keep latching on to what she hasn't done. But when you look at what she actually has done, it's not small. Even after B7 we got features and two videos if Im not mistaken, one being a global hit.

My only grip is Brandy needs to communicate more with the fans in an authentic way. As far as music she's done enough IMO

I agree that Brandy doesn't owe us anything! She hasn't had perfect eras but she truly has had an incredible career. Everything here on out is just bonus. Definitely was gagged and did not expect a Christmas album at all.

I would love for Bran to do Broadway again. She was so lit up and on fire during Broadway. She is usually so excited about her next sound and album and for her to even say she's lost her head voice because she hasn't been singing is kind of scary. BRANDY not singing? Even if it's just for herself you'd think she'd live in the studio just to keep the creative energy flowing .

She didn't say she lost her head voice. It's just not doing what it's usually capable of doing at the moment.

A bit more singing and vocal coaching and she'll get it back.

And she was wrong. It might not have been Rodney greatest but it was still enjoyable.  I blame Brandy and her label for Human lackluster performance.  Timing and the fact and Single  selection matters, and the fact that every project has these issues means it's a Brandy problem to me.

Single selection and sequence are both important but that was not Brandy's fault. Could she put in a little more effort to promote? Yes, but ultimately I blame her labels.
