Now I came in here ready to shade Ray because I think he's a hypocrite, Beyonce making a country album is about as natural and authentic as a cow swimming in the damn sea, and I know this man is a country musician and he is entitled to feel a way about a mf just hopping in the genre for shits and giggles BUT who tf is "THEY" 

do you know her? Have you heard anything about her upbringing? I'm trying to see what about Beyonce says not country

well one could argue that those who are saying "u don't know her !" ... don't know her either

If anything going on evidence of what she's presented to the public over the years is the more reasonable and fair approach

This is ultimately is about perception - as no one in here really knows fas. and someone's perception is formed largely based on what they see.

yes and ever since she's been in the public eye she has been a country ass black girl from Houston. She has worn denim and cowboy hats, spoken in a country accent, talked about loving Popeyes chicken. That's why I'm asking what about her is screaming NOT country. The only way I could see someone saying she's not being herself is if they know her and know something we don't
