I think fans just want consistency of the music. She doesn't care about presentation or promotion so just some EPs and Mixtapes so that way your fanbase is at least fed without these long hiatuses.
She doesn't want to do Tiny Desk because of the format. I feel like it's because her using a background track doesn't fit their theme and she doesn't want to sing without one.
She won't do the Terrell Show because she's too shy. But I feel like if Tori Kelly can do it she can too.
Also I think Brandy should reclaim her signature sound. The y2k/ R&B. People loved Rather Be because it was reminiscent of that era. I could hear Brandy sing a song like Selfish from JT. Getting back with Timbaland. Especially if Rodney is wishy washy.
