I turn 40 this year, and the only advice I give is to be aware of time. No one really talks about age unless it's in a way to insult or display dominance. Age is a great thing, and people only regret getting older when they have nothing meaningful to show for the years. I believe that I will live my life on my terms. If I want to go out, I will. I will do and act how I feel, not what society tells me is fitting for my age.

If you've accomplished meaningful things you realize that comes with years/age . A byproduct of your maturity ... growing up . Adulting. Not tryna be 21 your entire life.

And it's still ok to have fun and be silly - if that's your personality. My grandfather was a complete goofball til his final days but had his stuff tf together.
Like most things in life, it's about balance.
