I feel like Ciara has the same drive and dedication the only difference is not enough platforms and the lack of vocal performance. Bey is such a perfectionist that she get's that the purpose of being an entertainer is the performance ans it's all about the visual. No use in having a killer performance is those vocals aren't snatched together.
