I just don't think their era of artists are meant to be superstars.
I think they are made to fill the spaces that they fill and that's that.
Some do better than others but it won't really surpass where they are, no matter what they release and that's fine.
Everybody can't be Michael, Janet, Beyonce, Usher, Rihanna and Chris Brown.
There is a huge gap of years since those listed.

Someone on another forum said that she basically forced the label to allow her to release the album by announcing it to social media. And they basically agreed but weren't going to pump more money into  it....but idk.

Seems like some mess is going on behind the scenes
