It is going to be interesting to see the direction Brandy and her team go for the glam for The Front Room promo.
I think she really needs a "oh wow" red carpet moments.
That has social media gagged and publications talking about it which is another form of promo.
When she likes something she does it multiple times for a while so the likelihood of the wig style she will be wearing being a banged wig that's full is high.
Kim Kimble imo should be back on hair for major occasions with Law back on styling.
He did a lot of the 2/11 looks.
!!!!!!
I agree. Yeah these are the moments to pull out that BUDGET and have glam on 1000. Get the best of the best. Let your looks go viral on social to add more promo to your projects. But she/her team think otherwise clearly so it is what it is
Still disappointing though b/c these should be easy moments for her
Oh yeah, it's disappointing that Brandy again is never thinking about the bigger picture and she really should since the entertainment business starts presenting lesser opportunities to entertainer's post-40 if they aren't creating their own.
This era of Brandy's career would have been an easy layup to grab bigger opportunities by simply stepping out looking like a star.
It's how Fanny and her team spun the 2023 Color Purple looks into a spread in the Hollywood Reporter, Elle magazine, and I'm sure it's how she grabbed a feature for Time's 100 Most Influential people's list. Many of the major outlets that referenced and gave Fanny spreads would state she went "viral."
I know Taraji said something like it's part of the job to give or present as a star during promo runs, and Zendaya states it's like playing dress up (so she sees it as part of the job too).
If Brandy and her team have to put together a look especially for a film festival and thee Venice Film Festival, whew that's going to get interesting.
