There are a lot of reasons why she lost. The obvious misogyny and racism were definitely at play. Many people still can't take the idea of a woman of color being in command.

Kamala is also a corporate backed Democrat just like Biden, Clinton, & Obama. The bidding of their richest donors comes first. They may throw us a lil morsel every now & then, but they're always gonna go where the money resides. Which is frequently at the expense of the people. It just doesn't look good when so many Americans are losing their homes and struggling, while the government does little to nothing. Meanwhile, we have endless coin and resources for Israel & Ukraine. The gorls are getting sick of that shit.

There's a reason those broke dummies are still latching onto those stimulus checks 4 years later. It was something that directly impacted their livelihood. The Dems need to take note and start being more direct in their approach to helping Americans.

Andrew Yang's idea of a $1000/month basic income for all Americans would sweep the next election for Dems.

Lmao. This is how I know you know nothing about American elections, and should just stick to Canadian affairs.  :kii:

In order for Kamala to win, she NEEDED to win Michigan, Wisconsin, AND Pennsylvania.

In Pennsylvania, the gap between Trump and Kamala was 153,000 votes.

Third party candidates in Pennsylvania got 65,000 votes.

Even if everyone in Pennsylvania that voted for a third party candidate voted for Kamala, Kamala still wouldn't be able to close the gap between her and Trump.

Meaning she loses Pennsylvania. Which results in her losing the entire election.

Blaming pro-Palestine supporters for this historic loss is dumb as fuck. Blame Biden & Harris for their horrible presidency.

Complete bullshit to think Jill supporters didn't play their role. They zero'd in on Kamala and said nothing about trump.

Come to find out. Jill is pro Israel Proven out of her own mouth in a clip that came out just the other day.  :kii:

But it all doesn't matter. Trump is going to make sure Palestine is a complete mowed down parking lot and honestly? I can't wait  :feelinmyself:

I agree. That was a lot of people's greatest fear when was she first chosen as Bidens VP. White supremely is intertwined with America. That's a strong barrier to try to break. VP Harris did all anyone can do, given what she faced. @Kalifornia.

Quote from: afrodisiac on November 06, 2024, 03:18:38 PMBiden def is a huge blame here

If for nothing else, his delay in removing himself from the running at the beginning of this process

That in itself was a huge mark against the current administration... almost an elaborate , gift-wrapped demonstration of how biden doesn't know how to look out for the country's best interests - even when they must override his own.

He could barely form a sentence or stay awake at a podium during a press conference but was ready to run again

a complete show of a lack of self awareness

Kamala began this race with one leg not only because she started late, but because of the administration she's attached to

I always felt this would be an uphill battle for her and I was honestly shocked at how well she did .  But I'm not surprised at the ultimate outcome

And the messed up part is he will largely go unblamed and will probably die before the end of trumps term

Do you see how it's always MENT celebs (Azealia Banks, Amber Rose, Ray J) going up for Trump. Do they wanna be edgy, go against the grain and seek backlash, or do they really believe in his policies? Or are they just plain dumb?

that question honestly can apply to a large percentage of trump supporters

Both celebs and regular degular citizens.

Many of them are just givin "hey! Look at meh! Not like y'all! Yeah I said it! What's up ? :plea: "

It's so transparent

But I do think many people do genuinely believe in and support trump and his beliefs and what he could possibly do for t the country . Which is understandable

I might not agree but I can respect genuine difference of opinion that isn't saturated in contrarianism.

Except for the trailer trash, bottom of the barrel  hillbillies who genuinely love him and are dumb as rocks. They shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion .... or vote tbh

And they were a huge contributing factor to his win

Trump is very action-oriented and that really helped him in this election

One thing you know about him, whether you like him or not , is that he's gonna get stuff done once he's in office.

Now whether we agree with the stuff he plans and does is another story. But he is def about action.

I can see how all the talk about "let's keep it bright and sunny guys! Let's not go back!" talk can easily come off as useless fluff when people are struggling in a tough economy

Trump isn't my choice at all but I can see how people are growing tired of seemingly aimless "hope! change!" speeches

At some point it becomes the equivalent of "thoughts and prayers" to many.

Especially when grocery stores aren't accepting rainbows and butterflies as a form of payment for a gallon of milk .
