The album is great she clearly was in her Janet bag with the slow jams..the album definitely shows her growth and willingness to experiment. As a vocal producer she's gonna be a problem as she continues to grows 🔥🔥🔥

I gave it a quick listen..I think I prefer the previous album honestly. This one may seem more cohesive sound wise (people will probably enjoy it better) but nothing really stands out to me. She didn't take the same risks and I don't think there's much growth in the lyrics, she's still doing way too much with these random dirty words  :plzstop: . It's like she's still trying to use all those old Bey lyrics she thinks people want to hear, trying so hard to be edgy..there's a weird disconnect. Some of these beats sound a bit late and generic, but I guess this generation doesn't care about beats anymore  :melmel: . Strawberry Lemonade is okay but watered down Bey again, same with Favorite good track but I feel like I heard it before.

Redemption - Temporary single are cute but honestly when it comes to that sound Tyla's project is so much better. I feel like the way the vocals were placed on Temporary could have been smoother, sound a bit rushed at times. I will add Rose & Never let you go to my playlist I think I will like them. Same Lingerie - I could hear Tamar sing this minus the explicit lyrics.. her tone would have been better.

I definitely need to give this a couple more listens to decide.. I think it will be more enjoyable than the last album (cohesive and inoffensive) for a lot of her fans but is it memorable enough?

The track that stands out to me the most is 'Want me'. It's just on a different level. I can feel the emotions, it feels more personal. Maybe she just needs to get back in the studio with Halle.

I'm on track 3 and this is definitely better than Shit Pieces

Her first album was amazing and so is this one, hopefully it does what it needs to do bc people seem to love/hate Chloe.

Not too bad. She is still capable of much more though. I don't think I've ever liked an artist as much as I like her without LOVING their music. She has the talent, she just hasn't mastered her abilities yet.
