Muni really nailed this album. I really liked her first one and it had somw catchy hits, but this one is giving classic r&b for the most part...really love the instrumentation in some of these songs, like the added strings etc. Beautiful! Also really cool how she turned the freestyle she did on Sways show into a proper song!

Yeah muni's album has some highlights.. I will say that sometimes her throwbacks are too parallel to other classic songs

Like superpowers sounds just like the Brian McKnight song she referenced at the end and 1 or 2 songs sounds like D'Angelo

But "played yourself" sounds like a good tiktok sound song.. The song with glorilla was funny and a nice change.

"Things I never said" is a definite highlight.. The vibe is like ari Lennox, erykah badu and Jill scott..

The baddest and waste no time are also great and the transition between them was top notch

Muni's album is ok so far but her brand of R&B is a little too generic for me
