Brandy's best adult era in terms of performances, looks, energy, general public reception, etc.

The album and momentum was hot, but as we all know singles were mismanaged. If Do You Know and Slower was 2nd and 3rd singles she would've ATE

I wanted Hardly Breathing to be released so bad during the late fall/early winter season.

They dropped the ball hard  :udontlookok:

Sovereign.

Her most playful, fun and sexy album. It was authentic too because she was so in love and just having fun.

I hope she can have fun again with her music. She's so loved and I know she knows that. I truly miss Queen and hope she's doing well.

Do You Know was CLEARLY the best choice for single #2. I get pissed every time we talk about this. Wtf was she thinking? After Two Eleven, that's when I just gave up on it.

I get mad about Two Eleven more than any era.

Cuz she could've at LEAST pushed DYK before a goddam Without You

Idk.It's hard to say. That era in music was a weird especially for R&B.Pop was killing it. Most of the big R&B songs had nostalgic feel(Adorn, Love on Top, Refill,Climax) and it was also the time rappers started to  hijack R&B with rap/sing and hook-heavy songs.

DYK had Mike Will production which was big at the time. She had the sound before Rih came with Pour It Up
This was an oversight
At least we know Bran pushed for it
