Monica had been working with a vocal coach. I never understood why the girls don't go back to their roots. She should pay Karen Clark Sheard or Kim Burrell to vocal train her. Those white women she's used over the years and that black male country singer have taught her nothing.

She's not in the vocal condition to be releasing anything or performing right now.
Reset, rest, love on your kids and family and new man and pop back out ready to go in the summer.

In all seriousness, as a fan, I love her and appreciate her gift of singing, so I really pray she takes a much needed break.
The surgery she had takes the average person 2 years to recover from. She's not had any breaks since The Great Xscape tour in 2017 as it pertains to singing and performing.

I actually respect her for not lipping. It reminds me of Whitney in her last days, giving the voice she had left even if it wasn't perfect

But she could just take a break and rest her voice.

make due and still give "SINGER".

Monica sounds like she needs to be singing from the audience, not the stage cause...
