I honestly don't care where she is making rounds to promote a book.

Tell Bran to treat the folks that got her where she is better. Get us some more music.

Can we have something like this where people can buy tickets and she can get some moderators like Tina Knowles did?

Doesn't have to be a lot of stops like maybe an evening at Spelman moderated by somebody she's close too.

And one in LA moderated by Neicy Nash

Oh that's a good idea. I remember when Michelle Obama came here and did one

And even though I'm sure you dnt have any control over her outfits, please try and influence her and the stylist to give us grown and sexy Diva looks that accentuate her figure and scream confidence...I can't take one more oversized suit and heavy jacket...pleaseeeee burn them shits. She also needs a professional traveling photographer/videographer to capture this book run and continuously upload to social media platforms...we need engagement

Ya'll have to stop projecting the image you want on to her. It's always the men doing it. Her female fans do not want to see her in a damn bodysuit. Stop trying to sexify that woman - we should know by now that's not her style. I love the tour outfits. It's the best she's looked in a while as far as styling. And she looks pretty confident to me. The only way she can be confident is wearing what she feels works for HER.

Hey Vaughn,

Just wanted to say I appreciate you popping in and sharing what you're able to. I can only imagine how demanding it is to manage publicity for an artist with a legacy as deep and passionate as Brandy's. You've stepped into a role where everyone has opinions, expectations, and nostalgia tied to how they think things should look, and that can't be easy.

From what I can see, you're doing solid work. You're learning, you're adapting, and you're figuring out how to navigate Brandy's current season and her goals. That deserves acknowledgment. Not every artist wants the same level of promotion or visibility they wanted twenty years ago, and not every platform fits who she is now. You're working with the person she is today, not the version fans remember from childhood, and I respect that.

To the rest of the folks here, we all love Brandy and want the best for her, but sometimes I think our expectations get shaped more by our own attachment than by what actually makes sense for her career, image, or personal life. Wanting her everywhere doesn't mean she needs to be everywhere. And not every podcast, YouTube channel, or show is a good fit just because we'd enjoy seeing her there.

Vaughn, I hope you don't take the harsher comments personally. A lot of it comes from a place of long history and strong emotion, but that doesn't mean it reflects the reality of your work. You're doing fine. Keep going, keep growing, and know that not all of us expect the impossible. Some of us are just happy to see Brandy doing what makes sense for her, at her pace, with a team that cares.

Thanks again for stopping by and for all you do behind the scenes.

Brandy has shown she wants projects to do well and the only way to get it is visibility on different platforms. This is not the 90s with Atlantic doing the heavy lifting. Her family and stans on payroll need to make moves and work on her legacy.

She literally acts like a project doesn't exist if it doesn't do what she envisioned. Frank last year was saying she doesn't get the recognition she deserves. So she and her ppl are not content where her legacy is from the public perspective. This is not the time to be hoping and wishing she gets recognition. They need to put in the work.

Of course, we will be doing traditional press: The View, GMA, CBS, etc... But we will also step into new media and outlets.

It's easy to criticize when someone doesn't know the behind the scenes over the years. Also, please know I wasn't always her PR - I often supported from a distance whoever was in place. So many of the gripes I read from over the years, were not under my leadership.

Let's be thankful that Bran is opening up, concurring her fears and trying new things.

I welcome all your ideas for outlets and platforms you want to see her on.

It's Brandy's time to shine and the season is now.

2026 is going UP!

I disagree. Image has a lot to do with a persons career and Brandy has always lacked image & direction in my opinion. Thankfully Bran has a large enough gay and music geek fanbase because she completely disregards pulling in a straight male audience and the every day GROWN Black woman. There are easy things she can do to fix her image instead of being a recluse 24/7 and watching another project flop....and we can start with the styling...it needs to change.

Yes and she can be styled and look high fashion without needing to wear things that accentuate her figure like you said. Ashley pulled some amazing high fashion looks for her on this tour. She should continue to find the right balance of high fashion and comfort. Everyone does not need to be in 6 inch stilettos and leotards. Brandy should just work on elevating her personal style. But it won't hurt her if she doesn't. Does anyone care what Kehlani has on? Olivia Dean?

It's about the music and how she connects to her fan base more than what she is wearing. She needs to be more accessible, period.

Gilgamesh.
