Why do people think she was on stage? This was Monica's first outfit so that pic is more than likely before they went on together. Brandy performs for like 10-15 mins after the initial section. I doubt monica is just strolling around backstage during that time, they have to be getting her ready for her section.

Monica was walking too calmly for Brandy to be on stage. It just looks like Brandy just wasn't around when the photo opportunity came about
