They always wanted Vance. I don't think it was Trump who picked him to be VP. Vance had called Trump "America's little Hitler" in 2020. So they didn't like each other. The Project 2025 and dark MAGA folks wanted JD Vance in as VP. They probably plan on Trump not serving the full term. Idk. But seems part of their plan.

This wouldn't surprise me at all. I can't think of a single thing that they could say against one another that would be irreversible that we haven't seen already for and within his administration. They always ignore as if it didn't happen or spin it completely.
