and "victim blaming" means acknowledging/knowing something wrong or bad took place, but somehow blaming the victim for it.
let's try to be technically correct if nothing else.

if those texts are the centerpiece of this lawsuit he's fighting an already lost battle.

i'm finding it super hard to find victimization in any of what i read

This sounds very suspicious,...260 million reasons why($$$$)...  also this  comes days after Tyler was at the BET awards saying how his studio in Atlanta has made more black millionaires than any studio in Hollywood, the powers that be were not happy to hear that
