monica's second album was a rushed/compilation mess. So it cant be her. A third of the songs are covers (Angel of Mine, Misty Blue, Right Here Waiting). it wasnt a horrible album (Take Him Back, First Night, Street Symphony are good songs).

I actually liked alot of here i am tho. But it wasn't like a cohesive body of work and it definitely wasn't some mind blowing album. TAGG was good outside of the song she talked about being Beyoncé lessor
