I could feel he was frustrated with her silence in that video but he was holding back from going in on her to avoid being labeled insensitive

Yea he's assuming she saw it but I'd say it's a reasonable assumption considering the accusations/theories went viral. and now that this appears to be a stunt, it's DEF not far fetched to say tamar had her eyes on the blogs and social media to see how the MESS was tracking.
