and honestly as a gay person , i'm buying less and less into the heternormative idea of what a partnership looks like

i'm 100% about creating and nurturing my idea of what it is

as in: still having a man around, still having that added stability and support that I do enjoy, but on my own terms.

even if i do decide to get married, i won't be walking down an aisle or doing anything else that was originally designed with a heterosexual man and woman in mind. nothing wrong with those who do want that, but can only speak for myself.
