Guys this is not a pr stunt. This girl saw him already strutting down the streets on the other side of town at 9pm, before he took off any of his clothes (but hes wearing same boots).

So he was probably doing his model walk while on drugs for HOURS. He's obviously not well. People are saying it's meth, apparently he was already in the hospital back in April for his face being paralyzed.
