people are blowing that "house seizure ahead!" story out of proportion.

someone sued her and is looking at her assets as a way to pay them off if she doesn't simply wire the money.

this is pretty standard. people look at your assets when they want you to pay them.

but people are treating it as if it's some foreclosure proceeding due to unpaid mortgage or something
easily falling for these headlines which are intentionally designed to make them click with the dramatization of something that's honestly pretty simple and routine

people hold off on doing things based on personal principle and spite all the time.

a judge would have to sign off on the house being seized as payment before that's done

now if a judge says "pay up or house is up for grabs toots" and she still doesn't pay

then yes there'd be a valid point of saying "maybe she just doesn't have it."

what she's doing is not uncommon at all. just because someone has a judgment for pay doesn't mean the person will immediately say "oof! here ya go! here's the coins"

from what i have read, there is no official judgement against her home. people are just reporting the "POSSIBLES! "COULD HAPPEN!" for their clicks and views.
