a judge would have to sign off on the house being seized as payment before that's done
now if a judge says "pay up or house is up for grabs toots" and she still doesn't pay
then yes there'd be a valid point of saying "maybe she just doesn't have it."
what she's doing is not uncommon at all. just because someone has a judgment for pay doesn't mean the person will immediately say "oof! here ya go! here's the coins"
there is such a thing as legal hard ball.
from what i have read, there is no official judgement against her home. people are just reporting the "POSSIBLES! "COULD HAPPEN!" for their clicks and views.
