in my opinion, tamar has very clearly present herself to be the type of person that is never satisfied because she just isn't happy with herself. she seems to constantly crave external validation while having a superiority conplex in addition to exhibiting an extreme sense of entitlement, topped with delusions of grandeur and widespread infamy as well. i find it hard to believe or understand how/why someone would be jealous of that.

Toni has always helped all of them so she has no hard feelings towards her and she's probably used to it because it's been since 1992
Meanwhile Tamar is a terrible person and she happens to be the 2nd most successful person. It's easy to feel like she wants what Tamar has and Tamar shouldn't have it.
