honestly i always thought/said Traci was the one sister who was "real"

the rest of them, including GODni, give fake teas a lot of times.

GODni being uppity and wanting to have high noon tea, Trina with that random Canadian accent
Towanda being underhanded - throwing rocks and hiding her hands ....

what you saw with Traci is what you got . even before her death, I think a lot people saw/appreciated that about her.

honestly i'd say Tamar is 2nd in line when it comes to being transparent with her mess.

i always thought some of the sisters held envy against Tamar

it may be easier for to them accept Toni's accomplishments because she's the big/oldest sis

but it's a different story when ur bvy sis starts surpassing you in certain areas.

for some, especially those who haven't done work on themselves and lack true confidence and self-value, that can sting and make them feel a certain type of way.

i think the narrative that the sisters have always been jealous of tamar is unsupported and completely ignores/diminishes the possibile reality that tamar has truly just been insufferable for years. and there is more evidence that lends to that versus any other narrative. all sisters have always been on one accord that tamar has always been a self-absorbed brat. and that's exactly how she has shown up, not only with her sisters, but with outside individuals as well. so it's a bit confusing to me how that blaring observation is being ignored in lieu of entertaining the narrative that they are jealous of her. tamar has seen some solo success definitely but her infamy has greatly (and consistently) overshadowed that. so i'm a bit confused as to what exactly there is to be jealous of.

2 things can be true at once
It actually makes more sense that they would be jealous on top of already genuinely disliking her.
She's already a brat but then she has the most successful career of all of them outright of Toni? Perfect storm.
If Tamar was actually nice to them they would probably be happy for her and not envious of her.

I don't think that Traci was insufferable. Traci clearly was a little bitter, but I also feel like Traci was always fighting to be heard. It's crazy, as the second oldest, to be walked all over by your younger siblings. I don't feel like Traci was always respected among her sisters. I kind of hate to say it, but it serves them right to have a level a guilt about her not being here, because they didn't always do right by her. I believe that's the reason her death has had such an impact.

This is everything I've been saying and this is why I connected to Traci cause I'm in the same position with my siblings (except my baby brother)
