What Im feeling likely happened is Kelly vented to Brandy about Bey, Ghan probably had some opinions about Bey in support of Kelly, Kelly likely eventually had a difficult convo with Bey and some things Brandy said in support of her likely came out, now Beyonce no longer fucks with Ghan, and Kelly's no backbone having ass picked a side, remained loyal to Bey, and distanced herself from Ghan.

to be fair, he kinda acknowledged that it's not a proven fact by saying "possibly"
so he's not just recklessly running with it

and we actually have video footage of fas appearing to be evasive in GHan's path.
the same move she pulled with Jason Lee when she was trying to avoid him at a party, which was caught on cam too.

so i wouldn't say it's "completely" speculated at this point. there's actually some evidence to support it.
still not confirmed, but not exactly a far stretch of the imagination

IMO it appears that Ray actually doesn't want it to be true, but there's just too much smoke for him not to consider there might be fire.

It could still be a lie but I don't see her as a reckless, unethical journalist that would just report anything from someone not actually credible

And Kelly in her own way has shown this to be true. She here and there will repost Brandy related stuff. Like when she was in the hospital she sent well wishes in her IG story.

Then told the Knowles what Brandy said based on Kelly lamenting about them and boom here we are with everyone not rocking with each other.
Now we see via that one pic they still don't rock with each other via the body language but Kelly has shown subtly she was in the wrong with Brandy.
Kelly and the Knowles haven't been consistently solid and she went back to Brandy to vent.
Kelly has spoken about her broke phase and u can tell she is talking about Brandy being thee friend she called first over it.
