thank u so much bvys!

i promised myself that once i was done with my lil ancestry/self discovery mess that i'd get back to other things

but it actually helped me because i was kinda FORCED to stick with it if i wanted conclusive answers
not "good enough" answers and guesses that still left me feeling as if i missed something

being able to discover that i descend from a group of people that i (and most people) never even heard of was like finding a needle in a haystack. it low key boosted my confidence in regards to what i can achieve when i REALLY am invested and stick with it something.

Most importantly: it taught me to be patient and follow data instead of my feelings.

plus it also actually really helps me when i keep it to myself
feels more like a private creative space...which sounds crazy i know considering many people are watching.

but being able to freely create without wondering about if someone i know is watching helps me so much.
especially in regard to keeping focus strictly on the audience, and only allowing their input (through data/analytics i see) to influence the direction.
