i don't understand why people are perceiving any criticism as "hate". we as black people are not obligated to blindly support anyone just because they are black as well. we have the capability to recognize and analyze/verbalize our opinion of one's capability just like anyone else, and we have the right to exercise that judgment without being diminished to "hating". we also have the right to disagree and have different takes. that's ok. it's all subjective at the end of the day. no need to miscategorize or deem someone as having nefarious intent simply because you may not agree with their assessment/opinion.

Even if people don't really see it for the movie or her as an actress

I don't think many can deny she has put in so much work and has been trying for years to make a name for herself

Like taking so many hits and disappointments. And still going.

And it's paying off. Not in the way she initially intended , but it's paying off and she's earned success

I feel some people are low key treating her recent stories as overnight success or "luck" when it's been anything but that for Teyana. Get it goddess. Rake it up

She's already in the new Netflix movie the RIP with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. Her role was super easy she was basically being herself but calling herself a DEA agent lol
