this is the woman who called Shim "Bubbles" the monkey, talked about nappy hair etc
she, like many Black people, unfortunately suffer from internalized anti-Blackness
if anything it speaks to why there's usually something behind those monkey, nappy head and gorilla "jokes" people tell
as much as many people fail to realize. or don't wanna accept cuz they feel doing so means they have to "cancel" their fav.
yes Black people who have issues with Blackness say these things. doesn't mean you can't love them but just realize the tea
"thug" is actually the more tame and roundabout language she's used - that can actually be left to interpretation.
