Guys I'm pretty sure that's live. Look how her mouth is moving when she adds vibrato at the end of each line, "you found it in meeeeeee" and listen to heaviness in her voice compared to the track she used on the tour.

I actually care less about the lipping and more that she's made this song her IWALY, My Heart will go on, etc.  I think id rather HYE tbh

Unfortunately there is a freeness that brandy has when she is lipping because she isn't worried about hitting notes necessarily. And she kinda has that here. She has more theatrics and what not.  When she's singing live, she's much more.......FOCUSED

And when she's LIVE live her voice is always pitched a lil lower. She wouldn't be so free in that upper range of her voice if it were live imo. I just don't think it was. See this one,  it's a lil lower so she doesn't have to do so much movement, take as many chances, etc.  This one is phenomenal imo tho
