It's really not an act though it's part of who she is and if it was an act, it's not anymore since she's been practicing it for so long.

I agree. And to me this is what makes her so endearing. People who relate to that see that sensitivity in her and there is strength in just showing up that way and not trying to hide or mask it or fake confidence. But just be.

In my opinion, Brandy's most relatable trait is always going to be her sensitivity not how confidently she masks it.
