she's showing appreciation to someone who showed support for her.

she has shown support to Nicki in the past and it's actually good to know that Nicki is showing some sort of support in return.

And Tasha appreciates the token of support. even if it literally is a token.

Nicki can show support in her chosen capacity but she's not obligated to "pay more".
especially considering Tasha is bringing in 583K yearly now.

And maybe she has the same track of thought as people who say it's a kii that she's ultimately "giving money to Cardi", and wants to ensure there's some sort of cap on it - while still letting Tasha know "I rock with u sis."
