im indifferent with Clive. yes he brought us a lot of great Black musical acts. am mean being responsible for getting Whitney to the gorls ALONE is a tea

but he wasn't doing charity work for the Black community. he was a strategic businessman who saw what could work, made very calculated decisions and executed

the UPN of the music industry.

Yeah I am not feeling ppl crediting him for Black talent. We are the most talented ppl period so he didn't have nothing to do with any of their talent. He saw Barry and the rest of Black indie labels make a killing/huge success with our artists so he wanted to jump on the wave.

Him partying while Nippy laid up stairs is forever callous. She was loyal to him and he couldn't even give the same to her in death.

I don't see any one giving him credit for anyone's talent, however he is responsible for getting a lot of that talent out to the masses and making them successful.
Now he did kinda "whitewash" Whitney so that she could crossover to white audiences, but it also resulted in her biggest hits
I feel like obviously he's not perfect but he's not the devil either
