They're both great honestly. But after seeing both of them live (well after their prime) Brian is >>> vocally. I last saw Joe when he went on tour with Tamia. Tamia opened, but she should've been the main event. He couldn't hold a candle to her and most of us in the audience were a lil bored. (Except for the Aunties)

I just think a Brian VS Joe event would've been more fair/enjoyable

Now I went to that Joe and Tamia concert too and you're correct about that. Tamia KILLED and Joe while he can still sing, he be ducking some of them big notes and playing with that mic a lil bit now.  Brian does still sound great

I honestly think that Brian would've been a better match for Joe. But even then, I'd still say Joe wins.
