BAPHOMET.

Janet isn't coming back in a big way (on the charts). Like... never.

Her older fans (the ancient ones that have been there since her start) are ok with this and dont care.
They just want to go and see her once more.

Duh.
She can still move tickets, and at the end of the day touring is the easiest way for an artist to make tons of money. Vadge is in the same boat now. RH flopped, but when the tour will probably bring in around $300 million who cares

Vbbv she clearly doesn't care....isn't there an interview where she said acting was her ultimate goal not singing....she should focus on the acting...shes actually really good

Yea... girls like Jans, Brit, and Madge can still sell out ARENAS decades later with or WITHOUT current hits. And their album sales will always be DECENT just from their names alone. That's where the coins n true success is anyway. Most of the gorls today are only getting quick #1 hits or none of the above...

Yea Jan is probably gonna flop and we'll drag n ki, but so what? She's a LEGEND. She had her time at the throne and she inspired a whole generation. Who is she competing with?

The question is, what are some of these current gorls gonna do in a decade or TWO? They barely can sell out a high school gymnasium NOW.

It just would've been nice if she came back with a serious single and video...not this tired ass single....
just one more epic era and then retire....instead of being the artist who fell off after the superbowl.....if she had released a half decent uptempo song it wouldve slayed

!!!!!!!!! The hype is GONE now. The general public was expecting an uptempo pop SMASH. She really could've slayed....

The true test of legendary status. Only the elite can do that

I don't see this as a "comeback". She's already done it all and she's a legend. She's just doing what she loves and releasing music. She's still selling out arenas and making headline news.

Now let me read this article

She should have made her return doing a big surprise performance at a major awards show (Grammys) and then just dropped the album that week.

With all the buzz and anticipation she would have slayed.
