for the census, the real CORE, they don't have Hispanic/Latin as a RACE
most spanish people have to put:

RACE: White
and then check: non-hispanic or hispanic

I think they distinguish between ethnical groups in the U.S. with these sheets, not actual races.

But also from what I have read you can check black, white, Asian, Native and additionally check Hispanic or Non-Hispanic.
