He should have taken pics on his way out,  she should have maintained professionalism throughout and got all necessary paperwork signed,  etc.  He seemed very transparent in his explanation so i really believe him.  He knew that he was wrong for not having the money in a timely manner BUT the whole situation seemed like it was ran on friend mode and he assumed he could continue on that way.  She seemed to be feeling some kinda way and then wanting to implement shit after the fact.  They both played their part and iono about him owing her money anymore. Outside of the dog feces,  she really would have to perform that clean up regardless.  U can't decide to initiate a security deposit after the fact

Because i move into places that come equipped with washer/dryer units as well. Moving a damn washer/dryer set out is more of a damn nuisance to me,  ESPECIALLY when i don't fckn need em.  And just like he said,  bitch u had the sheriff coming to evict me and at no point did u feel the need to drop by and inquire or even felt curious about the state of your property. She waited a damn week to go look?  Iono, just seems EH! My mom is a broker and she contracts out to my brother to clean out some of these properties and my brother has been on some shady shit before.  He definitely gave my grandmother a dryer from a house before

One thing I've never really seen Funky do is act like he's rich or something. But him popping up @ Chateau Sheree....it was uncalled for but it's not like he did it at her actual house where her kids were living, etc.

Yea, she has no case whatsoever. No lease agreement; that alone signifies that there were no agreements or legal binding contract from the get go. She must've been butt hurt and just wanted to take it public. Unfortunately, Funky really ain't the bitch to go toe to toe with.
