If that don't work then I would suggest to anyone to stop using it. Black soap is tricky but if ur not allergic to it and know how to use it, it slays.

It really is. Ironically I ran out and I had to get the organic Shea Moisture black soap from target this morning because they didn't have the brand pictured above. Never again...after I washed my face w/ that shit, I tried to put shea butter on my face (as I normally do) but it did not penetrate my skin the same. Just fckn terrible.

u can't apply it directly to ur face or body. You'll literally tear ur skin up. Make some suds with ur hands or a cloth first then wash.

It's soap, it contains bases, of course it will dry you out. Any soap for that matter lol, it's kind of part of the definition.
