I feel like MJ and Whitney have been tributed enough already. Especially Whit'. She had so many tributes while she was here. It's time for the legends for this generation to be tributed (is this a word? n) tbqfh. I'm talking R. Kelly, Mariah and Mary J Blige. I think Mariah had one a couple of years ago on BET Honors. I want to see one for Kellz and Mary. I don't know what the hold up is.

boy Michael had like a 3 hour special for his 30th career anniversary
Usher, Luther, his brothers, Whitney, Britney, Mya, N'Sync, like everyone in the industry was on the stage tributing him
whether it was still just "cute" or not is subjective but he's had more than enough
same with Whitney, I think ppl are getting amnesia in here

The 80's acts, Michael, Janet, Whitney & Prince have had plenty
Prince needs a proper one though, his impact and infulence is underrated
