I feel like if Aaliyah sang that song in her adult years...

instead of...
"it goes on and on and on... you give me a feeling good feeling, all DAY long"
it would have been
"all NIGHT long"

it just came on via iTunes shuffle and it's fucking slaying me.

Plus, do y'all think Aaliyah would be remembered (and be present in the minds) by the new generation of let's say, 2051?

Her legacy still lives, yes. But i wonder how it will fare later on, given the lack of exposure her family gives her legacy.
